PROPERTY COMMITTEE
The EVA Property Committee is dedicated to developing 78 Main
Street-an EVA-owned property downtown-in order to provide an attractive
and functional building for commercial and residential use, create
public access to the river in the downtown area, and offer more public
parking.

GOALS
OF THE PROPERTY COMMITTEE
Redevelop the land and building in order to meet the
following objectives: 1) Provide an attractive and functional
building that provides both commercial and residential use, 2)
Create public access to the river in downtown area using the
riverfront, 3) Develop a public parking area. |
