Season’s Restaurant and Marketplace
Owners Ron and Jennifer McPhall live in Enfield and have a real commitment to offering food locally grown and organic when possible. Lunch hours are Mon. thru Sat. 11 – 3pm and Sun. brunch 11-3pm. Dinner will be served Wed thru Sat. 5pm-10pm and both lunches and dinners are available for dining in or take-out. “A good kitchen respects its sources, chooses ingredients that are sound, seasonal, local when possible, and appropriate to the event,” says Ron. “We see farming, foraging, cooking, and table service as an unbroken sequence, like food and wine, accommodation and nourishment.” As the name of the restaurant implies, the menu will change appropriately with the seasons and availabity of local produce. Stop by the Copeland Block or check the website.

Northern Rail Trail (not really a business, but still fun!)
After the State of NH acquired the right of way in 1994, volunteers working as the Friends of the Northern Rail Trail, Grafton County brought 23 miles of trail into four-season use in 2001. Today FNRT and Twin State Trailbusters snowmobile club continue to maintain and improve what has become one of the region's most popular recreation venues. The trail is open to hiking, snowmobiling, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and bicycling. On the web: http://www.northernrailtrail.org/
